Biography
Hali tried more than forty jury trials to verdict as a public defender in Ventura County prior to joining the office. She handled thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases in this role and transfers her expertise in criminal practice to cases involving domestic violence restraining orders and heavy litigation. She handles all types of family law cases as well as criminal cases.
Hali is a mother of two and is married to an attorney. She and her husband met, in fact, doing trials and hearings against each other in criminal court.
During law school, Hali clerked for a criminal court judge, the Federal Defender's Office of East Tennessee, and the Marin County Public Defender's office. She graduated from both college and law school with honors.
