Hector Moreno Jr. is a former Santa Clara County deputy district attorney who established a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer while assigned some of the office’s most difficult cases, including domestic violence, child sexual abuse and other felony cases. He then practiced for many years with the The Law Firm of J. Hector Moreno, Jr. & Associates in San Jose, where he handled most of the firm’s contested divorce hearings and trials.
Now with his own law practice, Mr. Moreno uses his trial experience and familiarity with court procedures to help keep his clients out of court as well as to present their cases effectively whenever a problem cannot be resolved otherwise.
