Biography
Joseph began working for the Law Firm of J. Hector Moreno, Jr. & Associates in 2015 and serves clients in all aspects of family law matters including child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, division of property, characterization of property, and domestic violence. Joseph works closely with his clients to provide strong advocacy while also seeking creative resolutions that benefit the entire family.
While he was in law school, Joseph clerked for the Hon. Newton J. Lam in San Francisco County and developed trial advocacy skills interning at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. Joseph is currently a professor at Lincoln Law School teaching Introduction to Law and Family Law electives. In his free time, Joseph is a phenomenal recreation basketball league player and serves at his church with his wife.
